This was a really good video that I don’t think a lot of people would do. Thank you for this. I’m 23 & the acne I get is right around my chin, kinda in the same are you described & it gets to the point sometimes where it’s super painful, even with the slightest touch. Over the counter washes work for a short while then stop, but really no other mentiaciod.So maybe it’s time I look into other things such as what you mentioned, the wheat & sugar.
